薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的重要环节,不仅关系到员工的切身利益,而且是整个企业加强凝聚力的主要表现形式。公司采用科学合理的薪酬体制,体现了公平公正的原则,但是传统的模式,缺乏动态管理;要寻求长远发展目标,必须实施更加有效的薪酬管理方式,只有这样才能极大的满足员工物质、精神等各方面的需求。本文分析了煤化工企业薪酬管理的现状及存在的主要问题,并在此基础上针对问题提出了切实可行的解决办法。
Payroll management is an important part of human resource management in an enterprise. This paper analyzes the current situation and the main problems in the salary management of the coal chemical industry, and on this basis, puts forward practical solutions to the problems.
