美育是心灵的教育,是提升个人、学校和社会基本素质的重要途径。青海大学在美育教育方面做了积极的努力,取得了一些成绩,但也存在管理机构不够健全,课程内容不够丰富,艺术类人才分布不均,专业师资队伍不强,场馆设施设备不足,活动质量参差不齐等问题。鉴于此,本文从各个层面进行分析研究,提出相应的对策,供决策部门参考。
Aesthetic education is a spiritual education and an important way to enhance the basic qualities of individuals, schools and the society. Qinghai University has made a positive effort in aesthetic education and has achieved some successes. However, there are also some problems such as inadequate management structure, insufficient curriculum content, uneven distribution of art talents, weak professional teaching staff, inadequate facilities and facilities for sports venues, quality of activities Uneven and other issues. In view of this, this article carries on the analysis research from all levels, proposes the corresponding countermeasure for the decision-making department’s reference.
