本系统是利用微机对大型旋转机械进行振动监测与故障诊断的数据采集系统,具有实时整周期、时速同步控制的功能。它由采样控制板与数据采集器两部分组成,以硬中断的前后台工作方式、采用汇编语言与高级语言相结合,既提高了采样速度又充分发挥了主机的工作效率。该系统在20万千瓦汽轮发电机组的振动监测与故障诊断中应用,取得了良好的效果。
This system is a data acquisition system that uses a microcomputer to monitor and diagnose the vibration of a large rotating machine. It has the functions of real-time full-cycle and time-speed synchronous control. It consists of sampling control board and data acquisition unit composed of two parts to hard interrupt the front and back Taiwan work, the use of assembly language and high-level language combination, both to improve the sampling speed and give full play to the host’s work efficiency. The system is applied to the vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of 200 MW WTG and has achieved good results.
