目的分析连云港市预防接种不良反应发生特点,为进一步降低预防接种不良反应的发生提供科学依据。方法对网络直报和月报告一览报表上报的772例预防接种不良反应相关信息进行流行病学统计分析和数据汇总。结果共有20种生物制品发生772例不良反应,总发生率为36.18/10万,发生年龄主要集中在0~岁组和1~岁组,两年龄组发生数占总发生数的65.02%,发生的不良反应分类以一般反应为主,共666例,占总数的86.27%,临床诊断以发热红肿硬结为最多,共651例,占总数的84.33%。结论连云港市预防接种信息管理系统中的AEFI管理网络直报系统运转正常,且敏感性不断提升。各县区均有不良反应报告,多种疫苗均可发生,但发生率并不相同。应关注不良反应发生率较高的人群和苗种,通过采取针对性的干预措施、加强基层接种人员的业务培训、严格掌握疫苗接种禁忌症和强化卫生知识宣传等手段和途径,有效减少和预防接种不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions of vaccination in Lianyungang City and provide scientific basis for further reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions of vaccination.
