研究了P72LXA钢帘线用热轧盘条表面脱碳层的主要影响因素。生产试验得出:在热轧过程中通过减小加热炉烧嘴的开启程度和适当提高吐丝温度可以降低P72LXA钢帘线用热轧盘条表面脱碳层深度;最佳轧制工艺下,坯料原始脱碳对成品盘条表面脱碳层的遗传影响关系y=0.687x0.637。结果表明,要有效地控制成品盘条表面脱碳,坯料原始脱碳层深度须≤1200μm。
The main factors affecting the surface decarburization of P72LXA steel cord are studied. The production test shows that the depth of decarburization on the surface of hot-rolled steel rod for P72LXA steel cord can be reduced by reducing the opening degree of the burner and increasing the temperature of silking in the hot rolling process. Under the optimal rolling process, The original decarburization of finished strip surface decarburization of the genetic relationship between y = 0.687x0.637. The results show that to effectively control the surface decarburization of finished rod, the original depth of decarburization of the blank should be ≤1200μm.
