本文介绍了五辊 FFC 轧机设计的基本想法。五辊 FFC 轧机是利用小直径工作辊和双楔块式的垂直弯曲机构,来达到大压下轧制和控制板形的目的。同时还介绍了五辊 FFC 轧机构造与轧制方面的特点。采用分段侧支撑辊和侧水平弯辊防止水平弯曲机构,并采用大直径工作辊和小直径工作辊组合,来达到工作辊小直径化。在轧制过程中,可以给上下工作辊任意速比进行轧制,具有异步轧制的特点。FFC 轧机具有构造简单、生产成本低、质量高和操作容易等优点。
This article describes the basic idea of a five-roll FFC mill design. Five-roll FFC mill is the use of small-diameter work roll and double wedge-type vertical bending mechanism to achieve a large reduction rolling and control the purpose of the plate. The characteristics of the construction and rolling of the five-roller FFC mill are also introduced. The use of segmented side support roll and side horizontal bending roll to prevent horizontal bending mechanism, and the use of large-diameter work roll and small diameter work roll combination to achieve the work of small diameter roller. In the rolling process, the upper and lower work rolls can be any ratio of rolling, with the characteristics of asynchronous rolling. FFC mill has the advantages of simple structure, low production cost, high quality and easy operation.
