研究了激光涂覆时因陶瓷颗粒与金属之间物理性能差异而在其界面处形成的残余应力特征。在一定假设条件下,通过有限元计算和界面应力场分析,得出熔覆层由陶瓷颗粒的数量及其形状对陶瓷/金属界面应力状态的影响。
The residual stress characteristics formed at the interface of laser-coated ceramic due to the difference of physical properties between ceramic particles and metal were studied. Under certain assumptions, the influence of the number of ceramic particles and the shape of the cladding layer on the stress state of the ceramic / metal interface was obtained by finite element analysis and interfacial stress field analysis.
