运用行为毒理学的方法研究了杀灭菊酯的行为毒性,观察行为指标与形态学变化之间的关系;比较了同一剂量条件下行为、血液生化和组织学之间的相关性。结果表明,125ppm的杀灭菊酯杀虫剂可引起动物运动协调能力的改变,其作用剂量低于一般毒理学毒性的作用剂量。
Behavioral toxicology was used to study the behavioral toxicity of fenvalerate and the relationship between behavioral indices and morphological changes was observed. The correlation between behavior, blood biochemistry and histology was compared under the same dose. The results show that 125 ppm of fenvalerate insecticides can cause changes in motor coordination, the role of dose lower than the general toxicological toxic effects dose.
