用斯大林尼特硬質合金堆焊于快速磨損零件的表面,在我厂已广泛应用于PC-2型密閉式混胶机的混和轉子上。轉子的材料原为45-55-16,在鋼材缺乏的条件下,我厂正考虑轉子材料由鑄鋼改为球墨鑄铁,因此能否在球墨鑄铁上堆焊斯大林尼特成为决定代用的首要問題。試驗所用的球墨铸铁試件尺寸为120×60×40毫米,沿其表面堆焊斯大林尼特合金数層。焊条为我厂自制,直徑φ6毫米焊条芯采用CBO8。塗料成分;銘铁45%;
