缺氧的最终影响是在线粒体这一水平上产生氧匮乏。脑组织无再生能力,对缺氧尤其敏感,因此麻醉工作者对此问题十分关注。近年来对脑缺氧的保护,尤其在应用药物方面更引起极大兴趣。大量动物实验资料证实巴比妥类的效果显著,最近有很多将此法应用于临床的报道。本文复习有关脑缺氧的机理,着重从麻醉专业角度阐述临床脑缺氧的保护。
The ultimate effect of hypoxia is the lack of oxygen at the mitochondrial level. Brain tissue has no regenerative capacity and is especially sensitive to hypoxia. Therefore, anesthesia workers are very concerned about this issue. In recent years, the protection of cerebral hypoxia, especially in the application of drugs has aroused great interest. A large number of animal experimental data to confirm the effect of barbiturates significantly, many recent reports of this method applied to the clinic. This article reviews the mechanism of cerebral hypoxia, focusing on anesthesia from the perspective of professional clinical hypoxic protection.
