研究了黄药溶液和起泡剂乳液的声波振动处理对纯矿物(方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铜矿和黄铁矿)和斑铜矿浮选的影响。声振预处理后得到的双黄原酸盐的浓度,用UV光谱来确定。黄药溶液预处理的效果,已在实验室的铜、硫、钼、金和银含量浮选中得到了验证。通过确定最佳的声波处理时间,可以获得较好的金属回收率和较高的精矿品位,声波处理也能改善浮选动力学。设计了一种仪器对黄药溶液做声振处理,井在铜选厂进行了工业试验,结果表明回收率提高了,铜提高1.14%,钼2.63%,硫2.63%。铜回收牢的提高是由于细粒级回收率提高,这一点是肯定的。
The effects of ultrasonic vibration treatment of xanthate solution and foaming agent emulsion on the flotation of pure minerals (galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and pyrite) and doxorubicin were studied. The concentration of the xanthogenate obtained after sonication pretreatment was determined by UV spectroscopy. The effect of xanthate solution pretreatment has been validated in laboratory flotation of copper, sulfur, molybdenum, gold and silver content. By determining the optimal sonicate time, better metal recovery and higher concentrate grade are obtained, and sonication also improves flotation kinetics. An instrument was designed to perform acoustic vibration treatment of the xanthate solution and an industrial test was conducted at the copper processing plant. The results showed that the recovery rate increased with 1.14% copper, 2.63% molybdenum and 2.63% sulfur. The increase in copper recovery is due to the increase in fines recovery, which is for sure.
