运用SWOT分析方法,探讨了咸宁旅游资源具有交通便捷、民族融合、种类多样、政府支持等优势;但存在旅游市场优势不明显、开发深度不够、行业管理不强和开发资金不足等劣势;在湖北旅游强省战略、武汉城市圈的发展和交通网络的完善等方面带来机遇;在客源市场竞争、旅游需求多样化和产品同质化等方面存在威胁。从加强政府宏观调控进行整体开发、增加融资渠道、加强旅游行业和标准化管理、处理好开发与保护关系和塑造旅游城市形象等方面提出咸宁旅游资源开发的对策。 Using SWOT analysis method, this paper discusses Xianning tourist resources such as convenient transportation, ethnic integration, variety and government support. However, there are some disadvantages such as obvious undeveloped tourism market, inadequate development depth, weak industry management and insufficient development fund. Tourism province strategy, the development of the Wuhan city circle and the improvement of the transportation network, etc. There are threats in the source market competition, diversification of tourist demand and product homogeneity. The countermeasures for developing tourism resources in Xianning are proposed from the aspects of strengthening the overall macro-control development of the government, increasing the financing channels, strengthening the tourism industry and standardized management, handling the relationship between development and protection, and shaping the image of tourist cities.
