选择正丁醇-丁二酸-水作为实验体系,以有机相为分散相,在φ100mm的塔内系统地研究了单降液管、双降液管和三降液管三种塔板的两相流动特性和传质效率,并对其进行了比较。研究结果表明,在相同的操作条件下,多降液管大孔筛板塔比单降液管塔内的动态存留分数大,板下静液层高度小的特点,同时多降液管筛板塔比单降液管筛板塔具有更高的塔效率。
The n-butanol-succinic acid-water was chosen as the experimental system. The organic phase was used as the disperse phase. Two sets of single downcomer, double downcomer and triple downcomer were studied systematically in a φ100mm column. Phase flow characteristics and mass transfer efficiency, and compared them. The results show that under the same operating conditions, the performance of multi-dropper macroporous sieve tray tower is higher than that of single-drop column tower, and the height of hydrostatic layer is small. Taba single downcomer tray tower with higher tower efficiency.
