混凝土减水剂不仅能较大地改善新拌混凝土的施工性能和混凝土硬化性能,还可节省能源,提高经济效益,它已成为大流动性混凝土、泵送混凝土不可缺少的材料,它的应用日趋广泛。由于一些单位对减水剂的性能了解不够,在施工中出现了一些质量事故,如加入某些减水剂的混凝土长时间不凝,强度很低,蒸养中混凝土变酥;还有的混凝土在搅拌中硬结,无法浇筑,或者凝结在输送管道中,给施工造成了困难,工程质量不能保证。正确使用减水剂,充分发挥其效益,应从四个方面统一考虑。
