有研究发现一个有独特免疫调节功能的T细胞亚群CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞,在自身免疫平衡中起到重要作用,不仅能抑制自身免疫性疾病发生,还可能参与肿瘤免疫逃逸的过程。目前已知头颈部肿瘤局部环境中存在许多的免疫抑制因子如TGF-β,VEGF,COX-2等,它们在肿瘤免疫逃逸过程中起到重要的作用。本文将对CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞与上述免疫抑制因子的相互作用作一综述,探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在头颈部肿瘤局部免疫抑制中的作用。
Studies have found that a unique T cell subpopulation CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells play an important role in autoimmune balance, not only can inhibit the occurrence of autoimmune diseases, but also may participate in the process of tumor immune escape. It is known that there are many immunosuppressive factors such as TGF-β, VEGF, COX-2 in the local environment of head and neck cancer, which play an important role in tumor immune escape. In this paper, the interaction between CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells and the above immunosuppressive factors will be reviewed to investigate the role of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in local immunosuppression of head and neck tumors.
