将采后的苹果装箱后封闭置于0.14毫米厚度的聚氯乙烯塑料帐内,通过果实的呼吸作用使帐内CO_2浓度上升,O_2浓度下降。当CO_2浓度上升到上限值(各品种苹果的上限值不同)时,用直径1Cm左右的打孔器在塑帐上打若干个孔洞,使帐内CO_2浓度降至所需范围。若打孔后CO_2浓度低于下限值,则可用胶带纸封闭几个(或全部)孔洞,让CO_2浓度回升,从而使帐内CO_2浓度一直保持在要求
