目的 :观察脉通平冲剂对小鼠的急性毒性和对大鼠的 90天长期毒性。方法 :急性毒性采用最大耐受量测定法 ;90天长期毒性将大鼠分为一个对照组和三个剂量组 ,观察其对血象、肝肾功及重要脏器的组织学影响。结果 :脉通平冲剂对小鼠灌胃给药的 2 16 5 0g(生药 /kg/次 ,相当于临床用量的 188.2 6倍 )。 90天长期毒性实验给药期大鼠的体重、肝肾功与对照组比较其差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,其血象的变化 ,三个剂量组均能增加中性粒细胞数 ,减少淋巴细胞数 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;恢复期三个剂量组甘油三酯含量均有不同程度减少且大剂量组尿素氮增加 ,与对照组比较其差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脉通平冲剂未见明显毒性 ,长期使用临床治疗是安全的
Objective : To observe the acute toxicity of Maitong Ping Chong on mice and the 90-day long-term toxicity to rats. METHODS: Acute toxicity was measured by maximal tolerance; 90-day long-term toxicity rats were divided into a control group and three dose groups, and the histological effects on blood, liver and kidney function, and important organs were observed. RESULTS: The amount of 2660Og (crude drug/kg/time, equivalent to 188.2 times of clinical dosage) was administered to mice by intragastric administration of Maitongping Granules. There was no significant difference in body weight, liver and renal function between the rats in the 90-day long-term toxicity test and the control group (P > 0.05). Changes in blood counts in the 90-day long-term toxicity test showed that neutrophils increased in all three dose groups. The number of lymphocytes decreased, compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P < 0.05). In the recovery period, the triglyceride levels in the three dose groups decreased to varying degrees and the high-dose group increased urea nitrogen, compared with the control group. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: There is no obvious toxicity in Maitongping Granules. It is safe to use clinical treatment for a long time.
