目的:设计乳酸依沙吖啶凝胶处方,并进行质量控制。方法:以卡波姆-940、甘油为主要辅料,三乙醇胺调节pH,制备乳酸依沙吖啶凝胶,用高效液相色谱法定其含量,并于25℃留样观察其稳定性。结果:所得凝胶质量稳定,含量准确。结论:该凝胶制剂处方简单,质量可控。
Objective: To design lactic acid ethacridine gel and to control its quality. Methods: Carbopol-940 and glycerol were used as main excipients. Triethanolamine was used to adjust the pH. Ethacridine lactate gel was prepared. The content of Ethacridine lactate gel was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The stability of the sample was observed at 25 ℃. Results: The gel obtained was stable in quality and accurate in content. Conclusion: The gel formulation is simple and the quality controllable.
