目的:建立测定薄荷油中薄荷脑、L-薄荷酮、胡薄荷酮的气相色谱-质谱定量分析方法。方法:HP-5 MS色谱柱;初始温度60℃,以10℃/min的速率升温至200℃;载气:氦气;进样口温度280℃;离子源温度230℃;电离电压70eV;质量扫描范围:30~400m/z;选择离子的m/z为154、138、152、162。结果:薄荷脑、L-薄荷酮、胡薄荷酮的线性关系分别为0.038~0.608mg/mL、0.03~0.048mg/mL和0.003~0.042mg/mL,加样回收率分别为(99.12±2.09)%、(99.77±1.98)%和(98.67±2.68)%。结论:该方法灵敏准确,重复性好,可用于控制薄荷油的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of menthol, L-menthone and pentmentone in peppermint oil. Method: HP-5 MS column; the initial temperature was 60 ℃, the temperature was increased to 200 ℃ at the rate of 10 ℃ / min; the carrier gas was helium; the inlet temperature was 280 ℃; the ion source temperature was 230 ℃; the ionization voltage was 70eV; Scanning range: 30 ~ 400m / z; Selected ions m / z 154,138,152,162. Results: The linear correlations of menthol, L-menthone and pulegone were 0.038 ~ 0.608mg / mL, 0.03 ~ 0.048mg / mL and 0.003 ~ 0.042mg / mL respectively.The recovery rates were (99.12 ± 2.09) %, (99.77 ± 1.98)% and (98.67 ± 2.68)% respectively. Conclusion: The method is sensitive and accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of peppermint oil.
