剖宫产术后疼痛是干扰产妇休息与康复的重要因素之一。为了减轻产妇术后疼痛,我院从1991年1月至2000年12月对30例产妇在关腹前于手术切口埋藏0.75％布比卡因明胶海棉防治术后疼痛,并与30例术毕硬膜外导管注入0.75％布比卡因5ml相对照,现报告如下:
