目的探讨某军事活动区域蚊虫危害预警建立模式,并分析蚊虫危害预警等级。方法根据驻地蚊虫密度、蚊虫叮咬症状程度及当地蚊媒传染病的发病情况3项指标,建立无威胁、威胁较小、威胁较大、威胁严重四级危害程度预警等级。结果该军事活动区域蚊媒传染病散在发生,蚊虫密度超标3倍多,蚊虫对人的主要危害是吸血刺叮骚扰,根据设计的蚊虫危害程度预警等级判断,该区域蚊虫危害预警程度为威胁较大等级。结论部队进驻该区域军事演习或训练,必须要根据蚊虫危害预警等级采取行之有效的综合防治措施。
Objective To explore the mode of early warning of mosquito hazards in a military activity area and to analyze the hazard warning level of mosquitoes. Methods According to the resident mosquito density, the degree of mosquito bites symptom and the incidence of local mosquito-borne infectious diseases, we established the warning level of no-threat, low-threat, high-threat and serious threat. Results The mosquito-borne infectious diseases were scattered in the area of military activities. The density of mosquitoes exceeded three times the standard. The major hazard to mosquitoes on humans was blood stabbing and harassment. According to the design warning level of mosquitoes, the precautionary degree of mosquito hazards in the area was threatened Large level. Conclusions When troops stationed in the region for military exercises or training, effective and comprehensive prevention and control measures must be taken in accordance with the warning levels of mosquito hazard.
