本文根据1980～1996年吉林省西部地区降水资料及对玉米生产现状的调查，总结了半干旱地区春玉米发展的限制因素，并提出了提高该地区春玉米产量的有效途径。
Based on the survey of precipitation data and the status quo of maize production in the western region of Jilin Province from 1980 to 1996, this paper summarizes the limiting factors of spring maize development in the semi-arid region and puts forward some effective ways to improve the yield of spring maize in this region.
