在生产耐磨性高、整体韧性好的工件时,通常需用低碳钢冷加工成型后,再经渗碳处理。在此工艺中,常用“603”液体渗碳剂,由于该渗碳剂渗碳温度高、淬火后变形大、心部强度高、整体韧性较差、在使用过程中易断裂,因此,“603”渗碳工艺质量一直不过关。笔者根据生产中存在的问题,经过不断摸索和反复实验,从“603”液体渗碳剂在盐浴中的反应机理入手,采用降温、调整渗碳剂的成份比例,调整盐浴配比,终于研制出一种新型中温低氰液体碳氮共渗剂。这种共渗剂,经过在实际生产中应用,具有配制简单、易操作、无毒、无污染、渗速快、稳定的特点,经该工艺处理的工件,硬度大、整体韧性好、变形小,基本不需校正,大大提高了产品寿命和优良品率。现将本渗碳剂的研制工程及配制方法介绍给大家,以供参考。
