中医药科技情报工作是发展中医药学术,振兴中医药事业的重要组成部分,而中医药文献资源的开发和利用又是搞好中医药科技情报的首要问题。兹就我科室的工作谈几点设想。 1.努力开发情报源是科技情报室的基本工作。 我室文献资料的一个重要来源就是通过邮电系统订阅报纸,中、外文期刑。如何提高这些期刊的利用率无疑是对情报源的开发。目前,我室有些管理方法降低了期刊的利用率。如:每学期末我们把下架的报纸、期刊整理堆放或送装订室。报纸装订后堆放在狭小的,只有门而无窗的库房中,根本无法查找所需资料。期刊堆放也给查找资料带来困难,有时为找一种期刊由上翻到下,既费时又费力,这种现状亟待解决。笔者认为,每年应确定几份重要报纸,如:人民日报、光明日报、文汇报、中国青年报等单独上架、存 The scientific and technological intelligence work of Chinese medicine is an important part of developing the academic of traditional Chinese medicine and rejuvenating the cause of traditional Chinese medicine. How to improve the utilization rate of these journals is undoubtedly the development of intelligence sources. At present, some management methods in our room reduce the utilization rate of journals. Such as: the end of each semester we put the shelves of newspapers, periodicals stacked or sent to the binding room. After the newspaper is bound in a small, door-only warehouse without windows, the required information can not be found. Periodical stacking also makes it difficult to find information. Sometimes it is time-consuming and labor-intensive to find a journal from top to bottom. This situation needs to be solved urgently. In my opinion, several important newspapers should be identified each year, such as People’s Daily, Guangming Daily, Wen Wei Po, China Youth Daily, etc.
