发展经济学认为,资本的形成和积累是经济增长的源泉.资本最终来源于储蓄,只有储蓄有效转化为投资时,它才能为经济增长提供资本支出.近年来,甘肃省平川区储蓄不断增长,由于金融体制改革滞后,社会投资渠道的缺乏,投资主体投资意愿和投资能力低迷,导致储蓄总额逐年提高.如何消除储蓄向投资转化过程中存在的障碍成为当务之急.文章从储蓄、投资结构、储蓄转化为投资的渠道三个方面,分析怎样继续扩大储蓄,疏通储蓄转化为投资的渠道,加大投资力度,使高储蓄和低投资达到均衡,让平川经济能够健康发展.
