1、引言 无人孔、头孔或检查孔的锅炉压力容器,在最后一条壳体环缝焊接时,为保证其质量,常采用加垫板的工艺措施。当组装或焊接工艺不当时,易产生焊缝根部缺陷。由于焊缝背面无法对照外观进行核实,这就增加了射线底片所反映的焊缝根部缺陷的辨认难度。对不太熟悉焊接工艺或缺乏焊接缺陷解剖经验的评片人员,有时就造成误判,给焊缝带来不必要的返修或给锅炉压力容器的安全运行带来严重隐患。为此,认真剖析带垫板对接焊缝根部缺陷产生的原因及其形貌,进行准确的定位定量,这对保证焊缝质量和工艺改进提供准确的信息,都是十分重要的。
