高技能人才是“第一生产力”的实践者,是技术工人队伍的核心骨干,在提高产品质量、提高企业竞争力、推动技术创新和科技成果转化等方面具有不可替代的重要作用。石油企业的现代化设备和高新技术的应用,需要大批具有新知识、新技术和较强实践能力的熟练的劳动者。随着石油企业的发展,高技能人才培养具有举足轻重的地位,高技能人才培养模式需要不断地改革和研究,探索出一套科学的、有效的、符合石油企业高技能人才成长规律的培养模式。
High-skilled personnel are the practitioners of “primary productive forces” and the core backbone of the contingent of skilled workers. They play an irreplaceable role in improving product quality, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, and promoting technological innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The modern equipment and high-tech applications of petroleum enterprises require a large number of skilled workers with new knowledge, new technologies and strong practical abilities. With the development of petroleum enterprises, the cultivation of highly skilled personnel plays an important role. The cultivation of highly skilled personnel needs continuous reform and research, exploring a scientific and effective training model that is in line with the law of growth of highly skilled personnel in petroleum enterprises.
