为了解决陕北油田现用原油破乳剂脱水率低、污水含油和悬浮物多等问题,合成TA42和AR42两种嵌段聚醚型破乳剂单剂,并与助剂AB用不同比例复配,对陕北油田有代表性的河庄坪和子长原油进行脱水实验。结果表明,对河庄坪原油,在55℃、破乳剂总用量100 mg·L~(-1)、脱水时间10 h,TA42与AB复配比例为3:2,AR42与AB复配比例为1:4时,脱水率最高,分别达到95.8%和99.7%;对子长原油,在65℃、破乳剂总用量200mg·L~(-1)、脱水时间10 h,TA42与AB复配比例为4:1,AR42与AB复配比例为3:2和2:3时,脱水率最高,分别达到99.3%和97.3%;复配破乳剂脱出的水清不含油,无悬浮物,油水界面整齐。
