铜录山氧化铜铁矿石含泥量大,各种矿物硬度及可选性差异大,磨矿容易产生大量的次生矿泥,对选矿指标影响甚大。针对这些特点,我们用泥砂分选和泥砂先分后合的浮选流程进行了研究。矿样氧化率97.29%,结合铜占21.49%;铜矿物以孔雀石为主,蓝铜矿、自然铜、赤铜矿次之,并有少量的黄铜矿、辉铜矿、斑铜矿、铜蓝及翠绿磷铜矿;铁矿物主要是磁铁矿、赤铁矿和少量褐铁
