免疫学的研究,进展十分迅速。对淋巴细胞的认识,从它的来源、发育、分化及功能,都增加了许多丰富的乃至更新性的内容。进入七十年代,不少学者将免疫学技术与细胞化学染色结合起来进行研究,发现T、B两类淋巴细胞在若干组化反应上有所不同,诸如PAS反应,酸性磷酸酶(简称ACP),β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(简称βG)以及酸性非特异性酯酶(简称ANAE)等。另外,从免疫组化方面,借助表面Ig和抗原的不同,用免疫萤光和免疫酶标技术也可以对T、B淋巴细胞进行鉴别。《国外医学参考资料肿瘤学分册》1979年第3期刊登了一篇“利用细胞化学反应区别T、B淋巴细胞及其
