本文首先探讨了在当前生产工具和生产资料快速更新的就业环境下,企业对高职生就业能力的新要求。其次,从反思性教学对学生自主学习能力、团结协作能力,创新能力和责任意识的这四个方面的影响分析其对高职生职业能力的影响。 This paper first explores the new requirements of the enterprises on the employability of higher vocational students in the rapidly changing employment environment of the current production tools and means of production. Secondly, from the influence of reflective teaching on students’ self-learning ability, unity and cooperation ability, innovation ability and sense of responsibility, this paper analyzes the impact of reflective teaching on vocational ability of higher vocational students.
