2008年5月12日14:28四川省汶川发生了8.0级特大地震,严重波及广元市,之后在广元市青川县又发生了4次6.0级以上强烈余震,对广元交通基础设施造成了极其严重的破坏。浙江省交通规划设计研究院参与了广元市和青川县的灾后恢复重建工作,在两年多时间里顺利完成了白龙水库库区3座深水大桥设计、全长73 km的青川县交通生命线剑青公路大修保通设计、剑青公路金字山大型互通立交设计、11座桥梁检测及荷载试验,10座桥梁加固设计及施工,剑青公路上全长2 280 m酒家垭隧道的技术服务等,截至2010年9月底,所有项目均竣工通车。结合对地震灾区的援建工作,对广元市地方公路桥梁震害进行了调研、归类和分析,对桥梁加固改造和新桥建设在抗震设计方面提出了一些建议和措施。

Combining with the aid work in the earthquake stricken areas, the damage of the local highway bridges in Guangyuan was investigated, classified and analyzed, and some suggestions and measures were put forward in the seismic design of the bridge reinforcement and reconstruction.
