To further investigate the correlation between occupational Raynaud’s phenomenon and hearing impairment, the authors selected 108 men who had undergone hearing tests in 1980 and 1985 among male forestry workers who underwent vibration damage examinations, with the exception of otitis media, Neil’s disease and head trauma history, tuberculosis treatment, affected by noise outside the forestry industry and this survey found that people with conductive hearing impairment. The remaining 86 people as the analysis object. Measurement items include: Hearing tests: pure tone guidance and bone conduction at 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and 8 kHz and skin temperature measurement in cold water test. The results showed that Raynaud’s phenomenon was positive in 15 out of 86 people, and as R (+) group, 62 were negative and used as R (1)
