以历史为引线,综述了体全息存储技术的研究历史、现状和未来的发展趋势。列举了体全息存储原理、特点以及国内外体全息存储的发展历程。分别介绍了体全息存储驱动器结构、存储材料、信道处理的关键技术的现状,并对相位型及偏振型体全息存储的最新进展进行了展望。对阻碍体全息存储实用化的技术问题进行了分析,认为页间串扰噪声、材料散射噪声、材料收缩是限制存储密度的3个瓶颈问题,是后续研究需要重点解决的问题。
Taking history as the lead, the research history, current status and future development trend of volume holographic storage technology are summarized. Lists the principle of volume holographic storage, characteristics and development of holographic storage at home and abroad. The current status of the key technologies of the structure, storage material and channel processing of the volume holographic memory driver are introduced respectively. The latest progress of the phase type and polarization type holographic memory is also discussed. This paper analyzes the technical problems of the practical application of the holographic body blocker, and considers that the inter-page crosstalk noise, the material scattering noise and the material shrinkage are the three bottlenecks that limit the storage density, which is the key problem to be solved in the following research.
