利用轨检车在沪宁线苏州—南京段线路上检测的不平顺数据,计算既有沪宁线的轨道质量指数(TQI),运用统计方法对轨道质量指数的频数分布和里程分布进行分析。结果表明,线路90%以上的TQI数值处于13以下。通过对单项不平顺占轨道质量指数权重进行统计分析,得到单项不平顺的管理值。分析表明,对沪宁线而言,左、右高低不平顺和水平不平顺在TQI中占的比重较大,对轨道质量的影响较大。根据统计得到的TQI管理值和各项不平顺所占权重,各项不平顺小于管理值之内的里程均大于78%。说明将沪宁既有提速线路的TQI管理值定为13基本能保证线路的质量状态。
The track quality index (TQI) of the existing Shanghai-Nanjing line was calculated by using the irregularities detected by the railcar on the Suzhou-Nanjing section of Shanghai-Nanjing line. The frequency distribution and mileage distribution of the track quality index were analyzed by using statistical methods. The results show that more than 90% of the TQI lines are below 13. Through the statistical analysis of the single index of irregularity orbit weight index, the single irregularity management value is obtained. Analysis shows that, for the Shanghai-Nanjing line, left and right unevenness and unevenness in TQI accounted for a larger proportion, a greater impact on track quality. According to the statistics of the TQI management values and the weights of the irregularities, the mileage of each irregularity less than the management value is greater than 78%. It shows that the TQI management value of Shanghai-Nanjing existing speed-increasing lines can be set as 13 basic to ensure the line quality status.
