笔者分析了供电企业青年员工岗位成才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了供电企业青年人才成长与培养策略:以专业素质建设为根本,促进青年员工立岗成才;构建全方位、全过程的青年员工教育培训体系;深入开展师带徒活动,建立青年员工与企业的沟通平台;开展职业生涯规划设计,实现青年员工与企业共同发展。青年员工培训是一项系统工程,也是一项长期工程,供电企业必须结合企业实际情况,加强重视力度。
The author analyzes the problems existing in the process of talent cultivation for the young employees in power supply enterprises and puts forward the strategies for the growth and cultivation of young talents in power supply enterprises: based on the construction of professional qualities, it promotes the promotion of young employees; builds a full range of young employees Education and training system; carry out teacher-apprentice activities in depth, establish a communication platform between young employees and enterprises; carry out career planning and design to realize the common development of young employees and enterprises.
