现阶段,我国的市场经济体制改革已经进入了深层次的转变,国有企业逐步深入到转型模式当中,在这个特殊的时期,政工工作的开展便直接关系到国有煤炭企业在转型期的正常过渡。然而,我国国有煤炭企业的政工队伍还在沿用多年前运行模式的问题,基本上已经不能满足知识经济时代的发展需要了。据此,本文就我国国有煤炭企业政工工作的相关问题进行了分析和归纳,并针对这项问题做出了一些建议,希望可以对国有煤炭企业政工工作的发展起到抛砖引玉的作用。
At this stage, the reform of the market economy system in our country has entered a deep-seated transformation. State-owned enterprises have gradually deepened into the mode of transformation. In this special period, the work of political work is directly related to the normal transition of state-owned coal enterprises in the transition period. However, the political work team of China’s state-owned coal enterprises is still using the mode of operation many years ago and has basically failed to meet the development needs of the era of knowledge-based economy. Accordingly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant issues of the state-owned coal enterprises’ political work, and makes some suggestions on this issue, hoping to play a role in promoting the development of political work in the state-owned coal enterprises.
