实施义务教育二十多年来,特别是对于偏远的农村九年义务教育来说,学生来源相对于城镇学校各方面的素质差距都较大。学生采集信息和知识积累都相对落后,加之家长在引导教育子女方面无法提供相应的督促和指导,就单凭教科书中学点知识,无法使子女的知识面扩大。知识储备量少而单一,语言表达能力差。
