目的分析正畸治疗中微螺钉种植支抗成败的原因。方法对356颗微螺钉的成败状况进行分析,比较不同性别、年龄、部位种植钉植入后松动率的差异。结果 356颗种植钉中有51颗出现松动,平均松动率为14.32%。其中,儿童组、成人组男女种植钉松动率均无统计学差异;儿童组总松动率与成人组总松动率以及儿童和成人双侧种植钉同时松动的发生率均有统计学差异。结论种植支抗的松动与患者、术者及加载因素有关。为避免种植失败,术前应评估受植区骨密度及患者口腔卫生状况,同时术者正确操作,避免支抗瞬间受力过大,尽最大可能增强支抗的稳定性。
Objective To analyze the causes of the success of implanting micro-screws in orthodontic treatment. Methods The success or failure status of 356 micro-screws was analyzed. The differences in the rate of loosening after implants were compared between different gender, age and location. Results Among the 356 planting spikes, 51 showed loosening with an average loosening rate of 14.32%. Among them, there was no significant difference in the rate of nail loosening between children and adults in both children and adults. There was significant difference between the total loosening rate of children and the total loosening rate of adults and bilateral loosening of children and adults. Conclusion The looseness of implant support is related to patients, surgeons and loading factors. In order to avoid planting failure, the bone density of the implanted area and the patient’s oral hygiene status should be evaluated preoperatively. At the same time, the surgeon should operate correctly to avoid the momentarily excessive force of the support and enhance the stability of the support as much as possible.
