目的研究黄芩中黄芩苷的优化工艺条件,为进一步开发应用奠定基础。方法通过单因素实验考察了煎煮时间、加水倍量、煎煮次数3个因素对黄芩苷含量的影响,并在此基础上,通过Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计和响应面分析优化黄芩中黄芩苷提取工艺,以黄芩苷含量为评价指标进行分析。结果黄芩苷的最佳提取工艺条件为煎煮时间68.37 min,加水倍量10.46倍,煎煮3次,黄芩中黄芩苷含量较高,达到8.53%。结论获得的最佳提取工艺稳定可行,为进一步开发应用奠定基础。
Objective To study the optimum conditions of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and lay the foundation for further development and application. Methods The single factor experiment was used to investigate the effect of three factors on the content of baicalin, such as the boiling time, the amount of water added and the number of boiling times. Based on the Box-Behnken central design experiment and response surface analysis, Glycosides extraction process, with baicalin content as the evaluation index for analysis. Results The optimal extraction conditions for baicalin were as follows: the boiling time was 68.37 min, 10.46 times the amount of water, boiling for 3 times, the content of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis was 8.53%. Conclusion The best extraction process obtained is stable and feasible, which lays the foundation for further development and application.
