目的 筛选最优化的空降兵战时心理卫生保障方案。 方法 运用层次分析法 (AHP)系统分析影响战时空降兵心理保障效率的各种相关因素 ,构建递阶层次结构图 ,并根据结构图对三种备选方案进行评分 ,组成判断矩阵 ,计算其综合权重 ,遴选最优方案。 结果 构建了空降兵战时心理卫生保障递阶层次结构图 ,判断矩阵的一致性检验结果CR均 <0 1,各方案综合权重分 :D1=0 95 4 5 ,D2 =1 0 6 2 9,D3 =0 7811。 结论 运用AHP在卫勤保障方案选优工作中可获得满意的结果 ,空降兵战时心理卫生保障应采取兼职军医为主的保障模式 (D2 ) ,目前应高度重视组织体系的建立与完善 ,方案的细化和修订工作仍需在未来的工作中继续开展。
Objective To screen the most optimal scheme of wartime mental health care for airborne troops. Methods The AHP system was used to analyze various factors that affect the psychological protection efficiency of wartime airborne troops. The hierarchical structure chart was constructed and the three alternatives were scored according to the structure chart to form the judgment matrix. Comprehensive weight, select the optimal program. Results The hierarchy chart of the psychosocial security of the airborne wartime was constructed. The consistency test results of the judgment matrix CR <0 1, the comprehensive weight of each program was divided into D1 = 0 954 5, D2 = 10696, D3 = 0 7811. Conclusions The AHP can be used to obtain satisfactory result in the selection of medical support scheme. The psychological health insurance of the paratroopers should adopt the mode of part-time military medical support (D2). At present, the establishment and improvement of the organizational system should be paid great attention to. The refinement and revision work still needs to be continued in future work.
