为了分析固定舵二维弹道修正弹的气动特性,应用UGNX建模软件对其进行三维实体建模。应用ICEM软件划分其网格模型,采用局部网格加密技术对弹体周围网格进行加密;应用Fluent软件对网格模型进行仿真计算,得到固定舵二维弹道修正弹的气动参数。通过将气动仿真数据与风洞试验数据进行对比,确定仿真结果可靠性。分析气动仿真所得数据,得出修正弹气动参数随马赫数和攻角的变化规律,为固定舵二维弹道修正弹气动特性和固定舵参数研究提供依据。
In order to analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of the fixed-rudder two-dimensional trajectory correction projectile, UGNX modeling software was used to perform 3D solid modeling. The grid model is divided by ICEM software and the grid around the projectile is encrypted by using the local grid encryption technology. The aerodynamic parameters of the fixed-body two-dimensional trajectory correction projectile are obtained by using Fluent software to simulate the grid model. By comparing the aerodynamic simulation data with the wind tunnel test data, the reliability of the simulation results is confirmed. The data obtained from the aerodynamic simulation are analyzed. The variation law of the aerodynamic parameters of the projectile with respect to the Mach number and the angle of attack is obtained. The results provide the basis for the research on the aerodynamic characteristics and the fixed rudder parameters of two - dimensional trajectory correction projectiles.
