目的:研究层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体在人卵巢癌细胞上的表达,探讨其在卵巢癌发病中的意义。方法:分别设计人层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体两对引物,从细胞中提取总RNA,采用流式细胞术、RT-PCR和Western-blot技术检测层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体在5种人卵巢癌细胞上的表达情况。结果:A2780、Caov3、Coc1、Sw6264种卵巢癌细胞均有层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体mRNA和蛋白质表达,但SKOV3细胞不表达层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体。结论:层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体系统在卵巢癌细胞的表达研究,表明其在卵巢癌发生发展过程中发挥了重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of laminin and 67KD receptor on human ovarian cancer cells and to explore its significance in the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer. METHODS: Two pairs of primers of human laminin and its 67KD receptor were designed. Total RNA was extracted from the cells. Flow cytometry, RT-PCR and Western-blot were used to detect the expression of laminin and 67KD receptor in five Human ovarian cancer cells on the expression. RESULTS: Both A2780, Caov3, Coc1 and Sw6264 ovarian cancer cells had laminin and 67KD receptor mRNA and protein expression, but SKOV3 cells did not express laminin and its 67KD receptor. Conclusion: The study on the expression of laminin and its 67KD receptor system in ovarian cancer cells shows that it plays an important role in the development of ovarian cancer.
