目的:探讨羟丙基-β-环糊精对人参皂苷Rg1溶解度的影响。方法:用HPLC测定人参皂苷Rg1的含量,设计正交试验考察羟丙基-β-环糊精浓度、温度、搅拌时间,单因素考察pH对人参皂苷Rg1溶解度的影响,对制备的样品进行冻融稳定性考察。结果:羟丙基-β-环糊精质量浓度40%,温度40℃,搅拌时间12 h,pH 7时,人参皂苷Rg1溶解度为353.20 g.L-1,样品冻融稳定性好。结论:羟丙基-β-环糊精对人参皂苷Rg1溶解度有很大的提高。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin on the solubility of ginsenoside Rg1. Methods: The content of ginsenoside Rg1 was determined by HPLC. The orthogonal experiment was designed to study the effect of pH on the solubility of ginsenoside Rg1. The concentration of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin, temperature and stirring time were determined by orthogonal test. Financial stability study. Results: The solubility of ginsenoside Rg1 was 353.20 g.L-1 when the concentration of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was 40%, the temperature was 40 ℃, the stirring time was 12 h and the pH was 7. Conclusion: Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin greatly improves the solubility of ginsenoside Rg1.
