一.前言张力减径机组是宝钢钢管厂主要机组之一,其轧辊在工作时将受到切向拉伸与径向压缩的复合应力,而在轧辊孔型表面与钢管之间则产生相对的滚动与滑动摩擦;又因轧辊与灼热(温度980—600℃)的钢管管坯接触,使孔型表面温度升高,但与钢管脱离接触后即在连续喷水下冷却,从而使该表面还承受冷热交变应力的作用。由以上可知,张减辊工作条件比较复杂,要满足使用要求需具有足够强度与韧性,并有良好耐磨性与抗冷热疲劳性能。
