目的　研究迟缓爱德华菌溶血素的特征。方法　平板检测法 ,接触溶血法 ,上清检测法。结果　讨论了迟缓爱德华菌溶血特性及检测的影响因素。结论　迟缓爱德华菌至少存在两种溶血素 ,其溶血活性受环境影响表现不同 Objective To study the characteristics of retarded Edward’s hemolysin. Methods Flat detection method, contact hemolysis method, supernatant detection method. Results The characteristics of hemolysis in retarded Edwardsiella and the influencing factors of detection were discussed. Conclusions There are at least two kinds of hemolysin in L. edulis, whose hemolytic activities are different according to the environment
