报道了Zn_2SnO_4为主晶相,LiZnVO_4为感湿体的多孔湿敏陶瓷材料的制备、结构及性能之间的关系;并通过阻抗谱测试对材料湿敏机理进行了初步探讨。实验表明LiZnVO_4的加入大大改变了材料的微结构和湿敏灵敏度。
The relationship between the preparation, structure and properties of porous hygroscopic ceramic materials with Zn 2 SnO 4 as the main crystalline phase and LiZnVO 4 as the wetted bulk was reported. The moisture sensitivity mechanism of the material was also discussed through impedance spectroscopy. Experiments show that the addition of LiZnVO_4 greatly changes the microstructure and humidity sensitivity of the material.
