通过野外直接采卵(寄生昆虫卵)和野外挂卵(米蛾杀胚卵)诱集的方法,开展了广东省本地赤眼蜂野外采集工作。利用雄虫的外生殖器特征及ITS2序列聚类分析方法对采获的赤眼蜂种类进行鉴定,目前已鉴定出7个不同的赤眼蜂种类,其中小灰蝶分索赤眼蜂Trichogrammatoidea hypsipylae Nagaraja为中国新记录种,广赤眼蜂Trichogramma evanescense Westwood,食胚赤眼蜂Trichogramma embryophyagum(Harting)及暗黑赤眼蜂Trichogramma pintoi Voegele为广东省内首次采获。采集鉴定结果表明,广东省本地具有丰富的赤眼蜂优质种质资源,可为害虫生物防治提供更大的筛选利用空间。
The field collection of Trichogramma local owl in Guangdong Province was carried out through the method of direct harvesting eggs (parasitic eggs) and wild-hanging eggs (killing moth embryos) in the wild. The male Trichogramma species Trichogrammatoidea hypsipylae Nagaraja were identified by using the genital characteristics of male and ITS2 cluster analysis. Seven Trichogramma species were identified. Trichogrammatoidea hypsipylae Nagaraja Trichogramma evanescense Westwood, Trichogramma embryophyagum (Harting) and Trichogramma pintoi Voegele (Trichogramma pintoi Voegele) were newly recorded in Guangdong province for the first time in China. The collection and identification results show that Guangdong Province has abundant Trichogramma high quality germplasm resources, which can provide more space for screening and utilization of pest biological control.
