目的 探讨一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)与脑出血的关系。方法 测定76例脑出血患者及66例健康人血浆NO、NOS含量,分析上述指标在出血后3个时期的变化以及与患者颅内血肿量、是否合并蛛网膜下腔出血和临床预后的关系。结果 与对照组相比,脑出血1~3 d组 NO、NOS含量明显高于 4~7 d组、14 d组和对照组,NO、NOS变化与颅内血肿量和/或合并蛛网膜下腔出血有一定关系。结论 NO、NOS参与了脑出血病理生理过程,其变化对病情的预后有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The levels of plasma NO and NOS in 76 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 66 healthy subjects were measured. The changes of these indexes in 3 stages after hemorrhage were analyzed, and their relationship with intracranial hematoma volume, subarachnoid hemorrhage and clinical prognosis were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of NO and NOS at 1 ~ 3 d after cerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those at 4 ~ 7 d, 14 d and control group. The changes of NO and NOS, intracranial hematoma and / or subarachnoid Bleeding a certain relationship. Conclusion NO and NOS are involved in the pathophysiological process of intracerebral hemorrhage and their changes have some significance on the prognosis of the disease.
