自1995年,我国国有企业改革确定了“抓大放小”的政策后,经过十多年的迅速发展,中小企业已成为经济中最活跃的细胞,为国民经济的发展作出了极大的贡献。但大部分中小企业的寿命都非常短暂,究其原因是多方面的,而缺少合理的企业战略规划可以说是影响中小企业持续发展的最根本原因。本文介绍了如何进行战略分析的方法,并提供了几种行之有效的战略选择,希望能给中小企业的发展带来启示。
Since 1995, China’s state-owned enterprise reforms have established a policy of “grabbing large and small.” After more than ten years of rapid development, small and medium-sized enterprises have become the most active cells in the economy, making great achievements for the development of the national economy.
